Welcome to the Ozark Mountain Chapter website.  We are a professional association, serving both our membership and the public.  Please take the time to look around and we hope that your stay here is both educational and enlightening.

We strive to:

• Keep our members informed of activities sponsored by the Chapter.  These activities include chapter meeting schedule and topics, education offerings, and resources commonly used by appraisers.

• Inform and assist the public by briefly explaining the valuation process and by identifying qualified appraisers in the Southwest Missouri and Northwest Arkansas area to perform real estate valuation and consultation services.

• Strengthen the relationship among our members by offering email forums to discuss opportunities in the marketplace and the challenges we face as real estate professionals.

We have concluded the 2009 Education survey and

we will post the results soon.
