CBRE is currently seeking both trainee and licensed commercial Real Estate Appraisers to be located in Arkansas but working in Oklahoma, Missouri, and Kansas as well. Our Arkansas offices are in Fayetteville and Little Rock.
Ideal trainee candidates will have a degree in finance or related fields (including math). Trainee candidates do not need to be currently licensed or registered but must be able to be so in the future.
Licensed candidates should have experience in estimating property value by providing appraisals and consultations; researching and analyzing property information; reconciling various indicators; and preparing appraisal reports. Appraisal work will involve both “one-off” assignments in addition to local and national portfolio assignment work.

PROPERTY TAX CONSULTANT
Small local property tax consulting firm is seeking a full time property tax consultant. The ideal candidate should possess at least some of the following qualifications:
- Property Tax and/or Appraisal experience, commercial experience preferred
- Experience in the valuation of income producing properties
- Experience in ad valorem valuation
- Experience in providing testimony to boards
- Ability to provide timely delivery of work product to meet contractual and legal calendars
- Ability to produce work products that are logical, concise and easily understood
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess Strong Word and Excel Skills
- Ability to travel nationally
Duties would include but not be limited to the following:
- Research, prepare and present property tax appeals to assessor and board
- Analyze and resolve landlord billing issues
- Review property values and tax estimates
